Hello! I’m Creative Director/Marketing Designer Megan Magis. I’m a native to the mainland off Long Beach Island, NJ. I’ve always had a creative energy. Over 10 years ago I was elected to help design my high school’s year book by creating layouts. Since then I’ve fell in love with layout and graphic art. I graduated in 2008 from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design. While in college, I created marketing materials for a Bluetooth company. That is when I had developed into a Marketing Designer.

Post graduation in 2009, Forbes Magazine offered me a position as Junior Designer for their Marketing team. I worked closely with Forbes’ Creative Director and Senior Graphic Artist on developing creative marketing tools for Forbes’ sales team.

In-between these positions, I also held contracted jobs for well-known design agencies in the tri-state area.

In 2010 I became the Marketing Coordinator of a water quality and gas detection manufacturer. I’ve re-designed their corporate identity including their website, catalog/datasheets, all ad materials and other special marketing/promotion items.

Today, I am the Marketing Manager for a Precious Metal Refinery in Philadelphia. I also design all of their promotion, sales, and marketing materials.

I feel very blessed to have chosen such an amazing career.

On my spare time I love to go surf-fishing, golfing, decorate baked goods, workout and enjoy great times with my family and friends.

I am available to do freelance contracted work.
